Wise use of leisure time is a
description of recreation and also a service provided by the Willingboro
Recreation Department. By taking advantage of the Township's numerous
park sites and outdoor facilities, as well as the large user friendly
Kennedy Center, the Department is able to offer a comprehensive year round
program for residents. Aside from
our own programs, the Department provides funding and logistical support to
an extensive youth athletic program staffed by volunteers.
The Recreation Department continues to
strive to make good programs better and increase public awareness. The
Department invites comments on ways to improve or increase our services.
If you have ideas or skills you would like to share either as a volunteer or
part-time instructor please stop by our offices.
